The Nest

Jackson and I have been having all kinds of fun with spring themed crafts. All the crafts pictured here are out of the January & February issues of Family Fun magazine. The yarn & feather birds were my favorite. Jackson's? The bead horse (which you will not find in said magazine). The three animals featured in the magazine were super easy and turned out so cute. After finishing I asked Jackson if he wanted to make a different animal and he said, "yes, a horse." So the horse I came up with looks like a cross between Alf and some sort of dinosaur. Which of course is why Jackson loves it best. All the crafted animals have found a home in "the nest,"a metal basket filled with shredded paper.
