B(ack)log: Eureka Springs with Em & Aim

I told my niece that I would take her anywhere in the continental US when she completed her confirmation. She wanted to go here:

The Crescent Hotel in Eureka Springs. This beautiful hotel is on the National Historic Hotels registry...and is also #8 on the Haunted Hotels list.
How cute was our room?
There was a spa in the basement. Nothing scary here except pre-pedicure toes. Em got her first pedicure.

My ghostie picture. Look above the live woman's head in the window.
We spent many hours walking around the hotel "looking" for ghosts, and laughing. So much fun to spend time with my sister and my oldest niece!

We also went on an official ghost tour of the hotel. Ultimately the tour ended in the basement, which I have to say was creepy beyond words. I love this picture taken in the basement...right as the lights went out.

This little church sits at the foot of the Crescent Hotel, and was one of our favorite places to explore. Read about it's history here:
St. Elizabeth Catholic Church

My stomach hurt after three days laughing with these girls. We laughed while exploring the town, walking up stairs (ha!), eating, driving, shopping, and of course, hunting for ghosts.
Can't wait to go back.
