Oh Wow, That's Good!

I wish I could take credit for the deliciousness...but I can't. I made "Moist Pumpkin Spice Muffins With Cream Cheese Frosting" from the now famous blog: Pioneer Woman for Jack's Thanksgiving Feast at school today. Needless to say, they were a big hit and I was begged for the recipe by a mob of teachers & parents. Really. I was embarrased by the attention. But they are THAT good.
