want to make these crazy-good cupcakes? Bake up a batch of your favorite cupcakes (we used a chocolate mix and added chocolate chips) and then frost with this:

Mock Whipped Cream Frosting
1 c milk
2 Tbsp all purpose flour
1 c sugar
1 c butter
1 tsp vanilla

Combing flour and milk in a saucepan; cook over medium heat until thickened. Chill. Blend sugar, butter and vanilla in a bowl. Add milk mixture; beat with an electric mixer until whipped. Makes about 3 cups. (I cut the recipe in half to frost 12 cupcakes) from Gooseberry Patch: Christmas Cookies
