2008 Books

Off to a good start on my 2008 reading list here's what I have under my belt so far:
1.

Son of a Witch: A Novel--didn't like as much as Wicked.
2-4. The Masque of the Black Tulip, The Deception of the Emerald Ring, The Secret History of the Pink Carnation--Bridget Jones meets Pride & Prejudice meets Jason Bourne, kind of. I liked the second of the series the best.

Confessions of a Jane Austen Addict

A Woman in Charge: The Life of Hillary Rodham Clinton
I received a ton of flak for this one...but I did enjoy reading it. No wait, I hated every minute of it! (Is that better, David & Pops?) I have never been a big Hillary fan, but I do think she is an interesting character.

David gave me Jane Austen's vol. 2 (Mansfield Park, Emma, & Northanger Abbey) for Christmas--so that will keep me occupied for a few months.
