We enjoyed the sunshine today. A trip to the "man-store" (aka: Loewe's) resulted in a ton of mulch, dirt, and flowers to be transplanted to various spots around our yard. Jackson & Addie filled up their very own planters with petunias, marigolds, and other annuals, while I set about getting some perennials in our long neglected gardens. I don't necessarily have a green thumb, so it will be interesting to see what lasts. It is nice to have specks of color around the yard again!
