How'd I do?
As the week draws to a close, I am celebrating the completion of one of my projects: the organization of the infamous "upstairs room." Since we have moved in to this house the upstairs has been part office, spare room, sewing/craft room, music room, & general junk pile. I still have a project or two before I call it good, but it is amazingly more useful (not to mention neat & tidy) than before. I even organized the adjacent storage closet! Wow. When Jackson saw it for the first time he said: "Wow, I really like this, Mom!" It has been great to have a place where I can sew while the kids watch a movie, play toys, or work on their own craft projects. Now I can get started on those other projects...
So earlier this week David and I went to the TU/Memphis game with our friends Steve & Lacy. When I was talking to David on the phone about whether or not to get Jack a ticket, I asked Jackson if he wanted to go the game with us. His response: "To the OSU game? (Me: "no, the TU game.") No. I told you, only OSU." I tried my hardest to keep the little guy on more neutral ground--but obviously I've failed. David is very proud. He did get to go to the OSU game this weekend, which he greatly enjoyed. After the game Jackson wanted to go to Theta Pond to "feed the ducks and read two books"...which he did. He thought it was great when one of the ducks attacked David. As usual, Addie was most happy eating at the Hideaway & then the ice cream store.

Bart is dying to know the rock in the head story that Spidey did to you. We had quite a laugh last night about it. If you get a chance, will you post it for him or email him? He is so weird!!
