Our lights are ON!

Our house was one of the hundreds of thousands without power this week. Once we figured out the lights wouldn't be coming on any time soon, we packed the kids up and headed to the cabin. While it was great getting a little mini-holiday, we all were pretty happy to go home Wednesday when the power came back on. My parents are still without electricity and lost most of their 50+ year old trees-namely the ancient pecan tree in the back yard...sniff.
